Yearly Medication Reviews

If you are on repeat medication we ask you to see a doctor, practice pharmacist or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.

We will notify you when this is due. It is important you book an appointment to avoid a delay to your prescriptions.

Booking your review is easy and can also be done online.
